“It was a nice stay overall. Excellent location where I could visits all the spots on foot. The staffs there were nice and helpful. The room was clean (just the light was a bit dim). I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop very much. By the way, the tax charge stated on Hotel.com was incorrect MAD19.8 per person night, but turned out MAD30 instead) which made me a bit confused during check-out. Kindly amend the information. ”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Nice design Medina riad . Does not have air conditioning, no elevator, not recommended for people with knee problems as we were on the third level. We were reading wonderful reviews about the place and the staff but we found them rather inflexible with any requests. Bed was comfortable but no place to open the suitcases. Breakfast was very good the first day but the second (last day) as they start serving it at 9 we had to skip it.”

“The hotel is well situated for exploring the town and beach. The staff were helpful and the roof terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast. As the rooms are internally facing, it's noisy. The breakfast was OK, the lighting in the room (as seems to be always the way) was very poor and the towels were grey and scruffy.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was colorful and fun with a gorgeous tub that we used every night. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating! The owner saw that it was my birthday and brought me flowers to dinner. The on site restaurant serves the most delicious breakfast included with your stay. The rooftop patio is also the perfect place for a cocktail and to watch the sunset over the ocean. We will 100 percent stay here on our next trip to Essaouria.”

“I was especially impressed by the welcoming staff, who were able to assist with needed and made us feel very welcome. Room was decent size, excellent aircon and WiFi (not a given on my trip). The shower was powerful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty. A very pleasant stay.”

“房東很好人，天台的景色及早餐也不錯！”

“Great location. Very helpful. Just renovated.”

“Simply amazing. Communication, personal touch, breakfast everything I can think of was top notch. Fatiha was a star. The lady at breakfast (sorry didn't catch her name) so friendly. The rooms was perfect and loved the terrace for a chill out zone to read or do a little workout. The only negative was we had to leave. Thanks to all the staff.”

“Riad propre, bien tenu, au coeur de la Médina et non loin de la plage et du port. Personnel très accueillant. Les petits plats de Kadidja sont excellents et équilibrés. La bonne humeur et la bienveillance de Mohamed ont également été très appréciés. Merci à Éric, le gérant pour sa gentillesse et a toute l'équipe du Riad. Isabelle”

“We enjoyed the place so much we extended our stay. Initially the parking dilemma made us sceptical because it was quite a distance from the accommodation and required parking costs and porterage costs that we weren't told about. Eventually we booked in and couldn't fault the place and its authentic location.”

“Welcoming staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet location. A good breakfast.”

“The propriety is ok and the rooms are nice, the only bad side is that we had bugs in the room, but they kindly changed us of room to another one. Overall is good.”
