  • This beautifully designed holiday apartment in Essen’s Frohnhausen district offers a stylish and relaxing stay for up to 3 guests, ideal for trade fair visitors or city explorers. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment features a private terrace, a balcony with scenic views, and a cozy lounge set—perfect for enjoying meals or drinks outdoors. Inside, the living room includes a TV, dining table, and folding bed, while the bedroom offers a comfortable waterbed for restful nights.

    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. Essentials are just 200 m away, with restaurants, shops, and the city center within walking distance. Messe Essen is only 5 km away, and nearby attractions include Signal Iduna Park, VELTINS-Arena, and ZOOM Erlebniswelt.
