“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“This condo was very clean and matched the on-line description well. Short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs we could use and the kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed during our stay. Very nice condo!”

“The place was well appointed. It had all of the basic necessities - shampoo, etc, dish soap, laundry detergent… it was clean and all of the instructions were clear. Amazing view of the harbor from our room as well! Two very very little things - I never found a cutting board in the kitchen and there were power stip outlets on both bedside tables in the MBr, but the one closest to the door did not work. Would definitely come back to this spot!”

“The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……
