Let me start this post with saying I’ve never left a negative review of any place we’ve ever stayed, but this place deserves it. It needs some work before anyone else stays there. I’ve also already tried contacting the company over a week ago and they still have not responded.I will start with the positive, the location is very close to RMNP and that is great. It’s a very short drive to get to the entrance and that was wonderful. That’s where the positives end…We are also no frills accommodation people, we don’t need luxury, just functional. We are often very busy during the day and only use our place to sleep at night. This wasn’t even good for that. To start, the floors are absolutely awful, and need to be replaced in the majority of the house. If anyone gets up in the middle of the night the whole house will be awake. There were moldy ice trays in the freezer which was disgusting, old broken door knobs left out on top of the water heater, and the front door wouldn’t stay shut most of the time. There was also no coffee maker in the house (they did drop one off), and there is NO LAUNDRY, despite it being in the listing twice. Lastly, there is a narrow road that leads up to this place and there is no mention of it in any of the E-mails (the speed limit is…), but it is not wide enough for 2 cars, resulting in us sliding into a ditch and requiring a 250 tow truck experience to get out of the ditch… just awful. This place was a major damper on our trip.

Cabin is very small, especially the bedrooms. Clean. Location to park and downtown is good, although it is on a bumpy dirt road. As mentioned in other reviews, wood floors are very noisy, squeaky.

We stayed here primarily to hike Rocky Mountain National Park and this place was in a perfect location for that. The street that the house is off of is right next to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance sign that everyone takes pictures next to so it took us no time in the morning to get to the park. It is also located just out side of the Estes Park main area so it takes no time to get there as well. We had Elk all around the property our first morning there which was amazing. Only downsides of the property are the floor creaks like crazy so if someone wants to sleep while another is up it is almost impossible but we were up early to go hiking everyday so that wasnt an issue for us. We didnt need much more than a good place to sleep that was close to the park and this place worked out excellent for all of our needs.

The cabin was perfectly located for us, very near Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP and the Y, a few restaurants and a market nearby - could even walk. Host very responsive. This is one of several homes, but nice views and well stocked.

The size of the cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Vacasa was very easy to work with. The cabin was clean. There were plenty of towels and bedding. A nice easy, close drive into Estes Park. The floor in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom made a loud creaking sound when anyone walked on it and this made it difficult for the kids to stay sleeping in the morning.

It was a cozy cabin just outside of RMNP making it easy to get to the park. Didn’t have to worry about the neighbors or the closeness like in a hotel. Nice property.

The Peak cabin was an awesome location to access RMNP. Very clean and had all the supplies we needed. It is small and cozy, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck.

Property was very clean and close to RMNP. Only complaint was floor in great room was a tripping hazard. Also a mouse was somewhere around and got into one of our grocery bags. A welcome getaway during the pandemic!

I don't usually critique BNBs because most are great. This cabin does sleep 5 and has a nice front porch. Issues: my son's bunk bed had sand in it (not clean and COVID safe). cabin has mice problem (they come in at night), floors creak very loud (using bathroom at night wakes everybody up), TV didn't work (manager had to come and reprogram) but biggest disappointment was added management fees that increased the published rental rate 30%.At the rate quoted, marginally acceptable, with surpirse management fees, you can do better.

The cabin had all the needs we could have asked for. It was comfortable for our family if 5 with 3 young boys. Only disappointment was from the pictures we thought it was out in more of a remote area or at least a little farther from neighbors. But it still was nice and we enjoyed it. Great access to all the other fun things to do in Estes. We definitely would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Perfect location, lots of towels, pillows, blankets, and dishes for our family of 4. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck for the majority of our stay(6 days). And our kiddos loved exploring in the big yard.

We stayed four nights at Peak View in July and enjoyed every minute of it. Within walking distance of the "Rocky Mountain National Park" photo-friendly sign and a quick drive into the park itself. We enjoyed eating several meals on the deck. The house was simple, yet just what our family needed for vacation: bunk beds, bed for parents, and enough room for our 12 month old's pack-n-play. Wifi and cable TV worked well. Natural a/c (opening the windows at night) kept the temps ideal in the home most of the day. We would stay here again!

This property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to enjoy it and drive back home for peace and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and cabin had everything we needed.
