The Blue Raven

The property is so serene, spacious, and it provides all the amenities. Although the property is nestled within a quiet community, on a hill and includes beautiful views, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything is very comfortable with the exception of one mattress that needs replacing.

Lovely mountain home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Raven. House was exactly as advertised. We had deer visitors every morning at breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Elk, Deer, Quiet

Really nice, spacious house for our six person family! It was such a a treat for all of us to watch deer and elk walk through the property and spend hours eating grass in the backyard! Great deck, and wonderful kitchen, and dining areas. Super easy check in.

We loved the gathering space that this home offers with the open layout. The porch was awesome for gazing at the surrounding forest and mountains as well as the stars at night. This is definitely one of our favorite places that we have stayed in. Next time we visit Estes I will see if this home is available!

A must see!!!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend for my brothers wedding and it was just stunning! Such a calm place to stay. Very warm, very clean and surrounded by the cutest animals! This definitely won’t be the last time we visit this place; the most beautiful memories were made here and we can’t wait to go back!

The house was just as advertised. The furniture is older as is the neighborhood. After we found the back entrance we were able to get around town better. There were soooo many people in Estes Park this visit!!!!

Super clean and well stocked

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We appreciated the extra sheets/blankets, throw blankets, toys and puzzles for the kids, lots and lots of towels, the small dove toiletries, the laundry detergent pods, etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was one of those places where we weren’t grossed out to touch the comforter on top of the beds bc we trusted everything was clean :) We did have trouble getting the door to unlock but customer service was very prompt and helpful and we ended up figuring it out. The back deck was great and the kids had a great time looking for “crystals” and cactuses in the backyard. It has a beautiful view and we saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, coffee pot, etc.

Family home in Estes Park

This property worked great for our family of 5. It’s size and open floor plan gave us plenty of room to hang out yet have our own space. The location for us was perfect for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. The selection of board games was massive. One morning we saw elk in the front yard. The porch and patio were nice. The only negative was that in early August it got hot so without AC it made afternoon naps hard for those that are hot natured. Most rooms had a ceiling fan and there were other fans available to set up to get more air flow. With temps in the 40’s and 50’s it cooled off inside the house late in the night. This was not a show stopper and I think we would stay again. The location was also convenient to stores for supplies and to other family activities like mini golf.

Thank you Vacassa!!

My family of 4 (2 adult children, my spouse and I) had a wonderful week at the Blue Raven! The check in process was contactless and so easy. We did have an issue with the entertainment system not working initially, but contacting Vacassa was amazing! They had someone out & fixed the problem within a couple of hours. The home itself was very spacious and a great location (quiet neighborhood) for us to RMNP (about 15-20 minutes by car) and other trails outside of the park. We saw elk and mule deer everyday on our drive to the trails. We did however get an early start at 5:30am which was perfect as the trails were not busy at all. We loved the wrap around porch to relax after hiking everyday. We cannot say enough about Vacassa...they were amazing to work with as we also left an item behind and they were so responsive and assisted immediately in getting it back to us. We definitely would not hesitate to book through them for any future vacations!! The only thing that could have improved our stay were more comfortable couches in the living area. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful week in Estes Park!!
