Really nice, spacious house for our six person family! It was such a a treat for all of us to watch deer and elk walk through the property and spend hours eating grass in the backyard! Great deck, and wonderful kitchen, and dining areas. Super easy check in.

Great property. Big open living room, kitchen room, and tv area - Lots of room to hangout in. The big walk around deck is very nice. Close to downtown and very close to the bike/walking trail.

We loved the gathering space that this home offers with the open layout. The porch was awesome for gazing at the surrounding forest and mountains as well as the stars at night. This is definitely one of our favorite places that we have stayed in. Next time we visit Estes I will see if this home is available!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend for my brothers wedding and it was just stunning! Such a calm place to stay. Very warm, very clean and surrounded by the cutest animals! This definitely won’t be the last time we visit this place; the most beautiful memories were made here and we can’t wait to go back!

The house was just as advertised. The furniture is older as is the neighborhood. After we found the back entrance we were able to get around town better. There were soooo many people in Estes Park this visit!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We appreciated the extra sheets/blankets, throw blankets, toys and puzzles for the kids, lots and lots of towels, the small dove toiletries, the laundry detergent pods, etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was one of those places where we weren’t grossed out to touch the comforter on top of the beds bc we trusted everything was clean :) We did have trouble getting the door to unlock but customer service was very prompt and helpful and we ended up figuring it out. The back deck was great and the kids had a great time looking for “crystals” and cactuses in the backyard. It has a beautiful view and we saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, coffee pot, etc.

My family of 4 (2 adult children, my spouse and I) had a wonderful week at the Blue Raven! The check in process was contactless and so easy. We did have an issue with the entertainment system not working initially, but contacting Vacassa was amazing! They had someone out & fixed the problem within a couple of hours. The home itself was very spacious and a great location (quiet neighborhood) for us to RMNP (about 15-20 minutes by car) and other trails outside of the park. We saw elk and mule deer everyday on our drive to the trails. We did however get an early start at 5:30am which was perfect as the trails were not busy at all. We loved the wrap around porch to relax after hiking everyday. We cannot say enough about Vacassa...they were amazing to work with as we also left an item behind and they were so responsive and assisted immediately in getting it back to us. We definitely would not hesitate to book through them for any future vacations!! The only thing that could have improved our stay were more comfortable couches in the living area. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful week in Estes Park!!

We loved this house, and it was better than the pictures let on. Everything was clean and fresh, and the views from the deck outside were just beautiful on all three sides. We appreciated this well-managed property.
