“Nice stay”

“I am always thankful for getting my blessings. The staff (Debbie & Nicole) were both pleasant and helpful, coming and going. Everyone including a housekeeping staff made me feel welcome! It made my day. The amenities were much appreciated! I needed the ironing board & top-of-the-line steam iron they had to offer. I was attending a wedding that day. Despite the water marks on the bathroom door, the very unpleasant odor from the toilet water coming from the bathroom (I'm guessing). I just kept the……

“Let me start off with the staff a gentleman help me because I just needed to stay somewhere quick I went through my Expedia and I got a third-° from a worker and then he knew I was handicapped and he still didn’t give me a room next to the handicap spot if you check in and think you’re gonna use the pool, they close it at seven although since the room wasn’t very good, the beds were lopsided the desk and where the TV in the microwave were sticky. “Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.”

“Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before……
