「This place cares more about its looks than cleanliness. Our ac unit was caked in dust. We were coughing the whole trip. Multiple times we’d ask the host for little things, toilet paper, towels, and we wouldn’t get any reply back. It wasn’t until we were nearing the end of our stay when all that was delivered, but at that point we were checking out in 2 days from our 10 day stay. I don’t recommend staying here」

「Quite disappointed with this booking/stay. A huge communication breakdown. Nowhere on the booking did it state the keys & agreement signing for the property had to occur at a different location than the property. Therefore when we arrived we had to make 2 stops to get to apartment location. 「Property is okay but not worth the price. When we arrived, it was pretty obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs in the kitchen and the bedside tables where full or hair and dust. Everything was pretty run down, not like the photos. In the double bedroom, the blind was completely broken which meant that the sun filled the room at 5am and we couldn’t sleep at all. We messaged the host about these issues and received no response! Save your money and book elsewhere.」

「The property is in a great area — not too touristy but close to some really nice local restaurants and shops, although they are down a very steep hill. There is also a large supermarket a few minutes away. The unit itself was beautiful, with a large terrace. Everything was very clean and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. 「Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. 「I stayed here for 11 nights in August 2025 with my family, and the experience was far below the “premium” standard advertised. The shower button was non functional and kept falling off. Lighting was so dim that evenings were uncomfortable, yet Homing refused to fix it, saying the owner “doesn’t want to”. At check-in, we received an inadequate number of towels for three guests over 11 nights, and only after repeated requests did they finally bring more, something that should have been done...
