Sejour agreable, tres bon acceuil. S'il fallait mettre un seul petit défaut une qualite literie un peu juste dans ma chambre mais rien de bien grave, je reviendrais sans problèmes le reste est tres bien.

Joli hotel, idéalement situé au bord de la mer.
Le staff est accueillant et agréable.
Seul point négatif de notre séjour : le lit n'était pas un lit double mais deux lits simples collés.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that Expedia was trying to reach us however we did not receive an email or voicemail. The hotel said they were calling because the large room with a balcony that we reserved had an issue with the plumbing and they could not put us in this room and needed to downgrade us to a smaller room without a balcony. We had no choice in the matter. I found it strange that Expedia was trying to call us when it was an hotel issue. The hotel said they would give us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but that I had to call Expedia to get a credit on the downsizing. When back in the states, I emailed Expedia asking for a credit for the difference in the rooms, which is what I was instructed to do by the hotel, but Expedia explained they cannot do this, rather their process is to contact the hotel and see if the hotel would be willing to give us a credit. After some back-and-forth and waiting a couple days, the outcome per Expedia was that the hotel denied any credit to us. So basically the hotel lied to us and blew us off by telling us to deal with the fact that we paid for an expensive room but didn’t get it after we had already left the country. Pretty low of them to do.
