"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Wir haben einen super entspannten Urlaub in der kleinen Nisa verbrachten. Das Häuschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "In Bezug auf den Preis der Ferienwohnung, sind die 3 Sterne sehr wohlwollend vergeben. Der erste Eindruck der Immobilie wenn man anreist ist übel, überfüllte Mülltonnen vor der Tür und von der Fassade fällt großflächig der Putz ab! Dann gab es kein Toilettenpapier und im Anschein auch keine Toilettenbürste (was aber vom Vermieter nach schriftl.Hinweis am nächsten Tag erledigt wurde). Den Kühlschrank haben wir ausgewaschen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als einfach/dürftig. Zum Glück...

"Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun. "
