House was nice
House overall was nice great location. Needs some TLC. Yard upon entry is dirt. Trash upstairs was not emptied prior to our arrival. Property is advertised to sleep 10 however there is one 3 person sofa in living room and only 6 barstools. Would also be nice upstairs to have somewhere to hang or unpack clothes. Home did not have any closets or dressers. All in all the house was cute, excellent location, just a bit tight for 10 people.

Perfect Home away from Home!
We loved this home and our weekend at Carlton Landing! The kids were extra excited that we could bring our pups with us, too. The home was close to Mama Tigs and the Meeting House, and we enjoyed walking to take in the sights and out for meals each day. Clean, comfortable and well appointed!

We had a wonderful time at Carlton Landing! We were very happy with the home! The location was perfect, the floor plan was great and thankful for being pet friendly! We will be back!! Wish we would have know there was a grill though!

Honestly speaking…
We were disappointed to learn of only one assigned parking spot. This needs to be communicated prior to check in. The phone and Internet was very weak. ATT customers need to be warned of this problem. Dirt roads were shocking! The TV’s were nice but no tv service was provided! Seriously? Last, the home slept 7 or 8 but there was seating for only 3 in the living area. Oh, and no dining table.
