Quiet dead end road, private beach, neighborhood boat ramp, large deck overlooking cove and beautiful sunsets, on Lake Eufaula, OK in the Heart of Longtown!

On the water, amazing views, boat ramp access down the street. Restaurants, Gas station, Dollar General all near by. There are a few kid board games in the #3 bedroom dresser. We have kid movies for the kids to watch, the grill on the back deck can also be utilized, it has a full propane tank.

Access to the entire house, except the master bedroom closet, and the shed will both be locked.
***BBQ Grill is on the back deck, movies for kids in back living area, and PG-13 movies are in the front living area, board games, and cards for kids, and adults. LCR game

Available via phone, text, or email.

Very quiet, dead end street, home is on a cove water front. Large back deck for viewing the sunsets.

Best mode of transportation is your vehicle for getting around town. Paved and gravel roads.

Extra small fans in each closet #2 & #3.

Cozy Lake House

Cute accommodations. Kitchen well equipped. The house is an older double wide with neat decor. It could use some minor remodeling/repairs to make it great. Overall a great stay. We would definitely rent the place again in the future and would recommend it to friends.

Home away from home

Honestly was not ready to leave. We had so much fun and the porch is the perfect spot to have a glass of wine and take in the beautiful views. Also the spot to drop the boat is literally less than 3 minutes away. Needless to say everything was pretty perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice quiet peaceful area! Very safe! Launched our 24’ pontoon on Friday night and it was in the water until the following Friday morning! Tied up in the very shallow cove 2 doors down! No one messed with it. Lake house was tastefully decorated! We had a great time!

Lovely place for lake weekend!

We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every evening. I also enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck, so nice! Had lots of room for our family. Spent most of the days on the lake in our pontoon boat. Lovely place for a lake weekend!

Great place!

We went and had a great time! The house had everything we needed and was very clean! The kids loves the short walk to the sandy beach area and swam there mist of the day! We also loved that there is a second living area that the kids can hang out in! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great family lake trip!

Everything was as described, and we had a great time at the lake house. Had everything we needed to cook family meals. Location was perfect for kayaking, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Great stay all around, helpful hosts!

Awesome lake trip!

We loved the property especially the back porch and outdoor space! Also the easy access for fishing was awesome! We rented a boat slip at No. 9 Marina which was only a few minutes away from the property. This was a great experience!

Great Quiet Spring Break off the Lake!

Stephen & Jill were absolutely amazing hosts and sent us messages checking in and making sure we had everything we needed! The place was fantastic and had worked perfectly for a chill weekend by the lake with friends. I traveled with my boyfriend and a few of our friends that enjoy the outdoors and playing board games. The spot off of the lake was excellent for fishing, and the owners let us know of the marina nearby for rentals with lake equipment. The porch has a beautiful table and chair set up to sit out and enjoy being outside! The house had enough space for us to have two games going in the game room and the dining room, and you could still be in the living room if you weren't in either of those. It was very spacious. We liked that they had a few games of their own and movies too! The couches and beds was super comfortable too! The kitchen and grill had everything we needed for cooking. The grill runs a little hot so just mind the temperature. It is a trailer so sound can carry a little bit, but that is just how those are. We had a fantastic time, and I will be saving this to come back sometime soon!

Great time!!!

We had a great relaxing time at this property. The back deck area that is right on the lake was very enjoyable any time of day. House was clean and very well furnished. Easy to get to. Easy to get back into town. Would stay here again!

GREAT PLACE

It was clean and well decorated/cared for. Back porch was excellent for visiting and having morning coffee. No problems with anything while we were there. Jill was very responsive if I had any questions. Great little community where the property is located. Sitting outside on the porch watching canadian geese, deer, squirrels, cranes and heron. All of us had a great time. This was our first time to do a VRBO rental - excellent experience. Definitely recommond this home!

Clean and can walk to the lake

Clean, comfortable house. Waterfront but not really like being on a "cove." There's a significant sand bar blocking the entrance so I imagine it would take a flood to be able to get anything other than a fan boat through. But you can anchor out at the edge of the lake and walk up. We were told depending on lake levels we might not be able to get a boat through. We had a good driver so not a problem for us but if you have a very long boat or your backing skills aren't great, it might be difficult down a narrow gravel dead end road. The ramp is close. Los Arcos Mexican restaurant is about 1.5 miles away.

Perfect for all ages to enjoy!!

We were able to fish, kayak, swim & go boating right out the back door. Our large group functioned comfortably with plenty of room. The cabin is well equipped and clean. We even enjoyed our visits with the neighbors. We all agree this was one of our favorite lake trips thanks to our lovely accommodations & beautiful scenic location!

Relaxing and quiet retreat - July 2020

This was our second stay at this home. We loved it just as much this stay, as we did in 2018! The home itself is very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, no traffic on the dead end street, and a nice cove to fish in for the fishermen in my family. There’s a very nice grassy area behind the house that was perfect for a family corn hole tournament. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jill (owner) was very cordial and easy to work with on any needs (including the house alarm we accidentally set off. Lol). It was the perfect quiet retreat for my husband and myself with our kids (all teenagers). We will definitely choose this home again for our next quick getaway.
