The Suite Potato: a splashtastic one room suite

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit for 2 (+) people. Nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood this one room suite has a private entrance and a compact, but cute, ensuite bathroom. The suite is attached to our home where we live year round. You have reserved access to our heated swimming pool in summer, and year round access to our hot tub. The suite offers a queen bed, fridge, Keurig and microwave. We have a single 3 in 1 sleeper chair available for a third person. However, three people in the suite may feel pretty cozy.

We try to give our guests their space but are available if you need us. Your guest suite has a separate entrance but is attached to our home. We just recently finished installing an exterior deck for your space and a brand new bathroom with shower.

We live here full time and plan to provide you privacy but are available by text. Since we share walls we may hear one another but have quiet time hours 9 pm to 7 am. We will allocate a predetermined 2 hour window daily for you to have access to pool (only summer months) and hot tub time without us being there.

All are welcome, we are LGBTQ friendly.

No firearms, illegal drugs, or smoking allowed on our property. Unfortunately we can not offer a designated out door smoking space.

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am.

Only guests listed on the VRBO rental allowed on property; unless it has been previously arranged and approved.

All guests must be adhere to the posted rules when using our pool and or hot tub. (posted in photos).

Treat our home like you would treat your home.

Understand we live on the property and we may hear each other.

Pack and play available upon request.

Inflatable air mattress available upon request.

We keep our thermostat set at 72, if needed, for your comfort we have a fan or space heater available upon request.
