"The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was balanced with western food and traditional Korean food, which was nice. Shuttle service schedules were very clear both at the airport gate and at the hotel lobby. All divers arrived on time and very helpful with luggages. You can also use the shuttle service to go to airport then take train to Seoul. The area near the hotel also has plenty of Korean restaurants if you like Korean food. I love them and really enjoy dining there. It might not be kids friendly because some of them are spicy. Just make sure to ask before you order. Across street is Paradise City which has indoor kids play area, also more western dining options, like pizza, pasta, and hamburgers."
