"We spent a good week at Les 3 Vaches. It is compact living but with different items to spot where ever you look! (open the dresser draws and find the TV!). The Gite is well set in the Normandy country side with good access to local shopping, eating and a large variety of different places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of ideas for visits (country side, walks, Castles, animal parks etc.). We were not able to 'do' everything we wished to see! "The owner was absolutely a nice person, however the place we stayed at was far below our expectations (expectations from the pictures and the description). Unfortunately, the place (it was a caravan) too tight and small to open a suitcase fully without having to step over it to walk. There were tons of pesky mosquitos that would bite all night long with nothing to orevent that or to kill them, the curtains were too shorts and too few to cover the windows completely, the refrigerator was too...

"Les Iris is a very beautiful, traditional house. We were warmly welcomed by Christine on arrival, the house was clean and well equipped, with a delightful garden sloping down towards the village 'green' and the river. There is ample seating to eat outside when the weather allows. A car is a must as there aren't any facilities within walking distance of the house. The village itself is charming, with mostly thatched 'chaumieres', it would benefit from a bar or taverne or cafe or basic shop, but...
