Property was perfect as far as size and amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood with great family owned restaurant a short walk away. Perfect for people with small dogs with a cute dog friendly bay with trails across the road. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay
Wanted to visit the redwoods and enjoy nature. We found this listing and decided to rent it. This was our first time using the app and staying at a property like this (mostly do hotels). We wanted to bring out dogs and this location is dog friendly. It was very clean, check in and out was easy. Very chill spot. Just know it will get warm in the house while you are out but when you get home just open the windows and it will cool down very quickly. The sunsets are amazing.

Clean, nice location. 5-10 minute drive to Eureka. Nice beach over the dunes (beach is not visible from the property because of the dunes, but almost audible). Very nice for strolls along the beach.

Great long weekend getaway near redwoods
We booked this home as a last minute getaway to take our daughters to the redwood. It was the perfect location in July to hike inland in the redwoods during the day and cool off in the summer coastal fog by the house at night. This spot is also a bit south of Eureka which made it feel a bit safer. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that was very peaceful.. The house does need a little love on the outside, it's so close to the water that I'm sure the water does some damage. Please also know the 5 stars is based on cleanliness and accuracy of listing considering price, this is not a high end home but I didn't expect it to be. It is a homey, comfy getaway that is much more comfortable than hotels in the area.

We enjoyed it greatly and it had everything we needed. Only odd item was maintenance man arrived while we give to fix screen door in back and we had no idea who he was when we pulled in and he was i back of house working at the door as we walked in the front. So initially we didn’t know if he was supposed to be there or not.
