The room was falling apart, bathroom fixtures that feel like they were hanging on by a thread, shower curtain way too short, spraying water all across the bathroom floor. Sink faucet was barely hanging on, soap and hair care dispensers were either empty or full of water. Crusty looking in room coffee maker. I went to the lobby at 6:45am looking for coffee, nothing available. A restaurant employee (I assume) was walking in to a cracked door at the restaurant, I asked about coffee and she said “we’re not open yet” not come back in ____ minutes or at __ o’clock. So I got on my car and drove across town to the closest Starbucks. The entire wing of the building smelled like chlorine because of the pool, I’m assuming. The bed was fairly comfortable, but had a thin blanket. My wife asked the front desk for an additional blanket, they handed her an old one with holes and burn marks on it. It’s a beautiful location, but it really feels like the owners and the staff don’t care about the building or what we think of it. I guess they assume the location is all they need to provide.

There was no breakfast at all! Our room 111 was like a glorified cleaning closet. Old outdated . Not safe as the outside entrance was not secured. Screen ripped on the windows . Couch was ripped

A great location. Right on the ocean, comfortable bed. Clean room, but if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is not it. There is no carpet in this hotel. That means you hear everything. The people walking in the room above you, in the hall. Constant slamming doors. Dogs howling in rooms or barking. The worst part is the balconies. There are no partitions between them. You hear every word being said in the room next to you and there is no privacy. The property has a restaurant. We ate dinner there and it was terrible. My chicken was rubbery and dry. My fries were stale and undercooked, my husband ordered a bread bowl of chowder that was luke warm and my Dad ordered a shrimp cocktail dish that was $20 for 4 shrimp. The service was as bad as the food. Upon check out the desk was unmanned which caused our bill to be totally screwed up. Not a terrible place just meh.

Run down property needs lots of TLC. Hallways, staircases dirty. Lamp between beds didn't work. Hallways loud, walls thin. Landscaping is a mess. The pool looked like it had scum on it, so we didn't swim. We were so unimpressed that we didn't test the restaurant service or food.

We only had one night to stay here, but i wish we had more time. It was a clean place, reasonably priced, but the grounds were a bit messy, with a lot of trash scattered about. The view made up for all that, and the jacuzzi tub in our suite was fabulous.

This hotel has seen better days. As in other reviews there are some serious condition issues such as water damage with water buckets to catch new water in the halls, water damage and broken screens in the room. The bed was fine but I wouldn’t stay here! The main dining room does have a beautiful view and the beach is really lovely- but the hotel is in terrible shape.

I made a reservation on expedia on a Wednesday the week of spring break. They had one room left. When i went in, they were busy and the receptionist told me that the site double booked and they did not have another room for my family. The manager said he took care of it and I was able to get a room. The manager was also doing magic tricks for people. The hotel is old and shows it. My sink was logged with hair and straw. Weird. I was able go get it unclogged. The pool and restraunt are nice. The ocean view and light house location makes this hotel worth the money. The beach behind the hotel is mostly rocks with some sand. Bring water shoes.
