“This is an absolute hidden gem! this popped up by mistake when we were looking for a place to stay for a girls weekend. It is front view seats only for the most beautiful view ever it’s nice place to stay. It has a nice restaurant. It also has the ocean on one side in the bay on the other this is absolutely fantastic and everyone who worked here was super kind. Thank you! ”

“Let me start with this is an AMAZING property. Just what I like when I come to town for a run. It feels remote without being far from everything you would want or need in town. The animals onsite were relaxing and fun to engage with. The host left treats for the alpacas as well as a treat jar for my dogs. Whenever I am picking a place to stay my dogs are my biggest consideration. This property was incredibly dog friendly however, your pups will need to be farm animal friendly for the experience……

“We enjoyed this property quite a bit. It is a great spot to access the redwood parks and beach. It’s in a more urban area, so there is some foot traffic and road noise, but nothing a fan couldn’t hide. Bonus of that is that you are walking distance to coffee shops, fast food, groceries and some cute restaurants. Overall, we found the host very responsive. Great place for families—came in October to find Halloween goodies and decor. My kids thought that was awesome! Also has very thoughtful set……

“We loved staying at Sunset Sanctuary. The home was well stocked with everything we could need from kitchen dishes, pots and pans to beach towels. There is an amazing coastal view from the back patio and also from the comfortable living room. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and communication with the host was quick and easy. We couldn’t ask for anything more! ”
