As you approach the cabin, you're greeted by the serene ambiance of the surrounding woods and the gentle sounds of nature.

PROPERTY LAYOUT:



Studio - Two Queen Beds



Bathroom - Shower



Kitchen - Stove with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster & coffee maker



Grill - Propane and the propane is provided.



Relax on the covered front porch or dine out under the stars. There is also a propane pit between cabin 14 and this cabin. You are welcome to use the shared fire pit.



Indoor fireplace uses Duraflame logs only. Only one log is provided. The fireplace is open October 1 to April 1.



The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of prep space to cook up your favorite meals. The cabin does not have internet or cable however, the TV is on an antenna only with limited channels. We hope you will unplug, unwind, and enjoy the many activities in the surrounding area has to offer.



Exterior:

The cabin boasts a classic log exterior, giving it a quintessential cabin-in-the-woods feel. It sits amidst tall trees, offering shade and privacy. A spacious front porch adorned with a porch swing invites you to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The porch provides a perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or stargazing at night. There is an outdoor propane grill, propane is provided.



Interior:

Upon entering, you're welcomed into a cozy living space characterized by warm wood accents and comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing and relaxation.



Living Area:

The living area features a custom corner couch, arranged around a stone fireplace, creating a focal point for gatherings on chilly evenings. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to filter in, offering picturesque views of the surrounding forest.



Kitchen:

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



Dining Area:

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a sturdy wooden table and chairs, providing a cozy space for enjoying meals with family and friends. The large windows offer scenic views, enhancing the dining experience.



Outdoor Space:

In addition to the inviting front porch, Cabin 15 offers outdoor spaces where guests can reconnect with nature. A private deck or patio overlook the forested landscape, providing a tranquil setting for enjoying the fresh mountain air or indulging in a leisurely barbecue.

If you're hosting a larger group, we highly recommend renting both Cabins #14, known as The Bear Den, and #15, named The Gathering Place. Together, they can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Conveniently located next to each other, these cabins offer an ideal setup for family gatherings and ensure everyone has plenty of space to enjoy their time together.



Guest Access:

Surrounded by lush forests, winding trails, and a serene creek, the valley offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. While Red Bud Valley offers a retreat from the outside world, it remains conveniently located near the charming town of Eureka Springs. The Neighborhood:

Red Bud Valley Village is one of the original resorts in Eureka Springs. There is a large pond for catch and release fishing. No motorized boats allowed. You must follow all state licensing and boating requirements. There are gardens and trails and a small playground for the kids.



Getting Around:

The gravel road to the cabin is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars. We recommend an SUV or high clearance vehicle. There is plenty to do year-round, with it's location between Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake and just a short drive to Kings River for canoeing and kayaking. Also, Branson, MO is only a 48 mile drive. Eureka Springs is only 2 miles away with Historic Architecture, restaurants, night life, museums, shopping and hiking.



Other Things to Note:

WiFi is available at the cabin, but the service is limited. Additionally, cell service is also limited.



House Rules and Important Information:

- There is a 4-person maximum



Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/50 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
