College Reunion 50 years later

The Autumn Bluff Lodge in Eureka Springs was a great setting for our reunion of college friends some 50 years later. We enjoyed the decks and front seating. Plenty of room for our three cars. It was a great spot for exploring a fun town. The three bedrooms all had good king beds. We got out the card table and chairs to convert the living room to a game room. I brought my analog stereo and turntable so we could listen to our favorite vinyl albums. The kitchen was well supplied. The tiled bathrooms were both very nicely done. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it for similar groups. This was a bargain. Try it.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our girl’s trip. Quiet, but super close to downtown. Clean and comfortable beds. The owner is so nice and quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

We stayed here for an annual guys trip on bikes and it was perfect. Good parking, perfect location (walk to restaurants) modern decor, furnishings and some great space to park bikes and hang out outdoors. Highly recommend.

Anniversary trip

House was just as described. Host was attentive to our needs and offered assistance throughout the stay. Location was about 1/2 mile from the downtown area but was an easy walk. Also if you are looking for a ride/uber check out Tesla taxi. They were above to accommodate all six of us in one car,

Best kept secret in Eureka!

The location is beautiful, perfect for exploring downtown and not comfort is overlooked! The decor is beautiful, the furnishings are so homey! The bed was perfection! Lisa, the property owner, is the best hostess I have ever encountered! Seriously...will come back to Eureka just to stay here!

Our Second Stay

We love Autumn Bluff so much that it has become our destination for our annual staff planning retreat! The owners are easy to communicate with and make sure to provide all the comforts one could want. I love the location and how easy it is to walk to the shops. We will be back next year!

Excellent property.

We rented this property for my sister’s birthday. There were six of us staying the weekend and we had a great time. The house is within walking distance of downtown. It is nicely furnished with everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great location....

This property is close, but not too close, to downtown. Parking in Eureka Springs is difficult, but this house had plenty of parking which is a huge plus. The deck was terrific, and we spent a lot of our evenings enjoying it. Very clean, and lots of room for everyone to have there own space. We were very pleased with Autumn Bluff Lodge. Our group is already discussing a return visit next year.

Perfection!

This property is beautiful and very close to downtown Eureka. Two friends and I went for a girls’ weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day and were so happy we chose to stay here. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and spent lots of time out on the spacious deck! It also has big comfy beds and large walk-in showers. Stay here- you won’t regret it!

Great location. Comfortable.

Enjoyed the easy access. Beds were very comfortable. Linens top of the line. Bring your own toiletries-little selection. Everything you would need to cook. Kitchen food items need a clean out- we bought our own coffee. A good dust wouldn’t hurt. Host was very responsive-we would come back. Thanks.

I am an allergy/ asthma sufferer. When I walked in there was a terrible mold smell. I had challenges breathing for the first 2 days. Not great for allergy/ asthma sufferer.

The property was the perfect size for our family. The place was nice and cute and the location was the best! The only thing I did not like about the property was the moth ball smell in the living room. The smell was not in the bed rooms. I would remove them because I bet more customers would prefer not to have that smell.

Perfect Eureka getaway!

Three ladies spent four nights at this lovely VRBO. Three bedrooms all had king beds that were very comfortable with quality linens and superior pillows. Each room also had a new TV. The two bathrooms were recently remodeled with amazing duel shower heads and very cool tile. All towels were fluffy and ample sized. The kitchen was well appointed including a Crock Pot. The deck can handle a large crowd but was perfect with three recliners for us. The house is very close to town so we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Lisa, the owner was great to work with, very responsive to texts and emails. She cleans the VRBO unit herself and you can tell the home is loved. We will be back!!

Eureka Springs

Property was convenient to areas of Eureka Springs. We had rain so weren't able to use the back porch but did sit under the front porch several times. Drawers in the master bedroom with sauna didn't work well and there were no bath mats and no kitchen towels to help with dishes as there was no dishwasher. The bedroom to left up stairs had an electrical outlet that didn't work so no bedside lamp or usable outlet for electronics. We did have internet go out once but were able to fix it. It was perfect for 5 sisters, not sure how 3 couples would work but we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely decor, convenient location

On the plus side the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the linens sparkling white. The bath towels were soft and abundant. The showers were especially nice. Nice location - on trolley line with stop across the street. The decor, antiques, and rustic touches were lovely. No dishwasher. Refrigerator has ice maker. There were many helpful things there - like a handy umbrella for when it rained while we were getting ready to leave. The kitchen table only seats two but a folding table and chairs provides space if you wish to eat together or play games. There were light bulbs out and a track lighting we could not get to work. They offered to come fix/replace but we chose to not have them in while we were there and asked that they wait until we were gone. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all you need if you cared to grill or cook. There were some condiments and common items for cooking available but a few "almost empty" items were included. A couple of items in the bathroom were also "out" or did not work but they did have a hairdryer, soaps, etc. available. The floors were a bit wavy in spots and there is a step down out of the master bedroom and two steps down from the guest bedrooms - no handrail. The back deck and sitting areas were lovely and a grill was available although we did not use it. Loved the sound of the rushing water below when outside. If you have children be aware there are areas out back where it could be dangerous due to fencing and gate issues. TVs everywhere including one you can watch while lounging in the bathtub in the master. This VRBO certainly met our needs, we were comfortable there, and would consider returning.
