「Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again 」

With real blankets and comforter on the bed instead of the thin white blankets found in chain hotels.There was comfortable pillows that were normal sized instead the usual half sized ones found in most hotels.
