Great place to stay for a sister's getaway
We planned a trip to Eureka Springs for my sister's 60th bday. This lovely cottage was a great place for us to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The hosts were fantastic, checking in on us just enough to ensure we were all set checking in, had what we needed, etc. They were incredibly kind and left a birthday cake in the fridge for the birthday girl. (The cake was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted btw). We really enjoyed sitting on the porch having our morning coffee and watching the wildlife. 100% would recommend!

Such a lovely getaway
My sister and I had such a lovely stay as we explored the area. The maps program has the house number as 176 if anyone has trouble finding it. The true address took us past that house and a ways down the road. The area was quiet and we found our time at the house very pleasant. My sister cleans cabins and she remarked on how clean the house was.

Comfy Ozark Cottage
The cottage has everything you need for a serene getaway. There’s a screened in porch for birdwatching, deer, and the squirrels that raid the bird feeder. The Beaver Lake Dam is close by, lots of scenic drives, and historic Eureka Springs as well. The kitchen is stocked and everything is in working order. The beds are comfy, vintage bathroom is perfect, and the living room is furnished charmingly and the arm chairs are very comfortable. Our hosts left us OJ and a delicious vanilla pound cake. There isn’t wifi in the cottage, but our AT&T phones worked well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway!
Kenneth and Eldeana were fantastic! We visited Eureka Springs for the weekend during Martigras. The town had a wonderful parade. Which we would not have known about if it weren't for Ken and Eldeana! 10/10 communication. We'll definitely be back!

Hideaway by the lake
Very nice little cabin away from town. In a quiet neighborhood, and the cabin had all the essentials. One thing to note, the coffee pot is a bit confusing. If it needs 12 step instructions to operate, it's not something I want to deal with before I get to have coffee. LOL! If you can bring your own, do it. No wifi, just fyi. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We would recommend this place to family and friends.

We enjoyed having you as our guests. For our guests we offer a Bunn Drip Coffee Maker that makes Excellent Coffee. It has one switch ( off/on ) has a basket for the filter, add your desired amount of coffee, pour your desired amount of water in the top, close lid, it brews. Previous to this we have never had any concerns regarding the Coffee Maker. There is no need to bring a coffee maker. We also provide Coffee, Cream & Sugar for our guests for the duration of their stay. Wifi is not a listed amenity. However the property sits on a ridge and cell service is great for most providers. Please read the entire description of the property before reserving so you will know what is on offer.

Comfy and cozy
Perfect bestie getaway cottage. Very clean. Febreeze plug-ins were a bit overpowering upon arrival, but we unplugged them and things went mostly back to normal in about a day. It was the perfect amount of space for us, and the beds were very comfortable. Not unlike many rental properties in which I have stayed, this place had a lot of tchotchke. Rental property owners would do well to reduce the amount of knickknacks they clutter up their places with, just my opinion. I loved spending mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. Neighbors are pretty close, but it still felt like we had privacy. It’s about a 20 minute drive into downtown Eureka, but I prefer to be a little way out.

Absolutely perfect!
This was such a wonderful little getaway. It was quiet, relaxing, & romantic! The hosts went above and beyond making our stay special, and were so easy to communicate with if we needed anything! It was just mins away from everything & that was so nice. 115% recommend this property. Beautiful home, beautiful scenery, beautiful town, & wonderful hosts!

Anniversary Getaway
Soothing and relaxing, near to lake activities, but not too far from in-town shopping & dining. We saw deer in the neighborhood, and many birds at the porch-eave feeders. Loved it!

Very tranquil
This cottage was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever experienced. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies with me, but did not have to use them! A+ It was a beautiful property in a quiet location. The owners were prompt with communication responses. As soon as we walked in, we felt the warmth in the home; it was very inviting.. We would definitely stay again when we return to Eureka. My husband says, “I liked the place. It was very attractive.” There you have it!

The cottage was just what we were looking for. The porch is wonderful and the area is quiet. Just a short distance into town . Eureka Springs is a charming town with plenty of activities that appeals to all ages. Kenneth and Eldeana were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions. They did a tremendous job providing a welcoming get away. We will return!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Property description says we have a " winter lake view " and a " summer lush forest view ". The backyard is forest which lends itself to the treehouse feel seen from the open concept living and kitchen areas. There is a large screened porch and side open air patio for our guests to enjoy. Wifi is not listed as one of the amenities. Currently this rural area around Beaver Lake does not have reliable broadband/internet. However the house sits on a ridge and phone service is great for most cell phone providers. Please read the full description of the property so you will not be disappointed in your stay. Thank You.

Cute House in the Woods
The owners were very responsive and the house was clean and thoughtfully equipped. The decor was cute. The screened in porch was a great spot to relax in the evening and start your day with a cup of coffee. Close to Eureka Springs and close to so many wonderful trails and and hour from Crystal Bridges.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and comfortable. It was just a few miles from Eureka Springs very close to Beaver Lake. The bird feeder was a constant source of entertainment give all the birds and acrobatic squirrels. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Getaway
I sent my parents here to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They loved the getaway. Eldeana and Ken are so thoughtful - they really made the stay special for my parents and their communication with me was great. Mom said the home was spotless. They also had 2 deer in the yard with them as soon as they arrived. :) I'd love to experience it myself next.

Charming 5+ Cottage
Looking out the bedroom window we saw 11 deer grazing... What a beautiful sight ! Later a couple of chipmunks scurried across the driveway ! Such a nice break from city suburban life. The Cottage is VERY CLEAN, tranquil and comfortable. We appreciated the soft bed sheets and towels - everything felt luxurious. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and consider this one of the Best. Appliances are all nice with a kitchen fully equipped. We also enjoyed the Awesome screened porch where we watched the birds, hummingbirds and relaxed. The Cottage is about a 15 minute drive to Eureka Springs AR for dinner shopping and exploring. Also even closer to the Beaver Dam and Starkey's Marina. Property Owners were easy to work with and responsive. Thank You ! Wonderful Holiday start to finish ! 5 stars in Everything !

A Nice, Restful Stay
We found the property clean and comfortable. Our stay was peaceful and restful, away from city bustle and into the quiet. We enjoyed the stay. The only problem was the odor the water gave off, but it was not overwhelming. Just took some getting used to.

Parent's get away
I reserved this place for my parents to stay for their Wedding anniversary, and they greatly enjoyed their time. I was very impressed with the communication from Eldeana and her husband and how nice they were. They provided special flowers for my parents as well as a treat in the fridge. I was very happy with how they wanted to please if possible. Thank You guys for making my parent's much needed get away so special!

This house has everything you need. Lots of deer nearby. The hummingbird feeder and wild bird feeder attracted beautiful birds . It was so much fun watching them. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The owner was fast to respond to any questions we had.

We spent a long weekend in the area hiking and biking. The cabin is in a great location for all our hiking. It was very peaceful. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We made breakfast every morning. Clean, quaint home
Owners were very responsive to all my questions before coming. Everything was as described online, entry was a door code (which was very convenient) & the home was very clean. Everything we needed was there, they even left birdseed to refill the bird feeders on the grounds. The squirrels were a joy to watch, they ate most of the birdseed, not sure where they put it all 😂. Saw a chipmunk, deer, tons of birds, & racoons. We thought the welcome goodies were a very nice touch & delicious! Just a side note, our cell carrier is Sprint, not much cell service, could make phone calls & that's all....no service for Bluetooth music or anything online. Luckily I'd already read the email with the entry code & owner's phone numbers in case we had trouble getting in the door, so I could still see that email, couldn't download anything new while we were there. It was actually very nice to be able to completely "unplug" for our quick trip. Even or 16 year old daughter made it just fine 😂. I may have "forgotten" to tell her there wasn't wifi 😁. Thank you for sharing your cottage ❤️

Lovely home at Beaver Lake
Great home just a few minutes from Beaver Dam and our dive sites. This was our first time here and we truly enjoyed it. The house was clean and perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the big screened in porch where we watched wildlife, read, had relaxed after a day full of diving. The owners were easy to communicate with and left a lovely treat for us. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying at Nestle Inn Cottage on our next trip.

GREAT COZY COTTAGE
Very nice place. Everything was clean. The screened in porch is lovely to drink coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The squirrel and bird watching is fun as well. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the basics you need. We did not go out to eat at all and made all our meals there and we only brought food. We will definitely be coming back.

Must stay cottage at Beaver Lake/ Eureka Springs!
This cottage exceed our expectations! Very clean and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Newly remodeled with a screened in porch was great every morning with our coffee. Located close to Eureka Springs for shopping and food. Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Beaver Lake. Highly recommend.

perfect quiet getaway
For 2 girls looking for a getaway, this house did not disappoint. The house was beautiful and clean and the bedrooms smelled so good! The bedrooms have great mattresses and we slept like babies. Loved sitting outside watching the chipmunks, birds and even a deer grace is with his presence. It was so peaceful and relaxing. This host truly thought of everything to make our stay a memorable one. Great communication and she was very personable and sweet.

Lovely Place
We felt at home the minute we walked in. Beautiful View of the lake, nice location and very quiet street. House has a wonderful screened porch and good parking off street. Everything was well thought out quality bed linens, towels, very clean. Great Communication with Owner. Highly Recommend !

Perfect Quiet Lake Getaway
Great lake house with an awesome screened porch and beautiful winter view of Beaver Lake. About 20 minutes to Eureka Springs downtown and minutes from the Dam Site Park. Extremely quiet street. Great place to sit, watch the birds, and unwind. Owners were very responsive and even left us treats! We will absolutely be back!
