Romantic, 1 bedroom cottage walking distance to downtown, pet friendly, private.

This romantic cottage is nestled in the trees under a limestone bluff and is located in the Historic District of Eureka Springs with off street parking. The cottage is furnished with charming antiques and is very quaint and a short scenic walk to local shops and restaurants. It has a full kitchen with a queen bed and pullout sofa, Basic Cox cable , DVD, gas fireplace, washer, dryer and Jacuzzi bath, with a handheld shower. It sleeps 4 with the sleeper sofa.
No wifi or internet! We are pet friendly with a one time pet fee of $35 per pet per stay. Parking is not suitable for trailers.

This is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. The cottage was clean and cozy with furnishings that match the historic feel of Eureka Springs. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We had a great time and would stay again.

An absolute charmer....

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the cottage with our two small dogs. The location was perfect for exploring Eureka Springs, the house comfortable and well appointed.

So peaceful and relaxing

This cottage is too cute! It is tucked away, so there is minimal traffic. Very quiet. We took our dogs and the area had sidewalks to walk the dogs as well as areas for potty breaks. Dog park nearby (we did not go). I’m lazy, so did not walk to town, but it’s a 3-5 minute drive to downtown area. Cottage was very clean and host communication 5 stars. For us, this was a perfect spot that we and our dogs could relax. Highly recommend.

Sycamore Cottage

We stayed for an extended weekend to attend a family wedding. This cottage is in an excellent location. Very quiet neighborhood. Private parking, very close and convenient to other locations. Will stay here again. Very cozy and well decorated. Thanks for opening up your home.

Location and cleanliness five stars

This was our second stay at this property.We knew that with this host there would be no issues or concerns and we were right. The location of this property is excellent. We were able to walk out the door and hit several hiking trails with our pups. Also just a short walk downtown to all the shops and avoid having to fight the downtown parking challenges. Love Eureka and will be back next year. Property was very clean ( as always).

Perfect, quiet getaway.

We've stayed at several of Betsy's properties. We have had NO issues with any of them. This was our first time at the Sycamore Cottage, and it was perfect. A family of four with two dogs and we had plenty of room for everyone. Far enough away from town for serenity, but close enough to walk to town when you want to eat/shop. Thank you so much Betsy for your hospitality, and especially allowing our four-legged family members to stay at your place.

The cottage was absolutely charming. Just as described in the description. Well equipped for our little stay. The host was responsive to a minor issue we had. This is the first time we actually stayed in town and enjoyed the walks on the trails and the location. Street was very quiet and saw plenty of wildlife throughout the area. Two thumbs up!

Adorable little cottage downtown

Beautiful little place downtown. Loved that it was downtown but away from all the loudness Main Street can bring sometimes. Come to eureka often for the lake adventures and will definitely choose to stay at this place again.
