Table Rock Lake, Steps to Marina

Holiday island, Arkansas is like a breath of fresh air. We have been coming here for 30 years, and it never gets old. The lake has the clearest, calmest water you will find anywhere. Rent a slip for your boat at the marina that is steps away from our door, or rent a boat or jetski for the day. When we are here, we spend at least half of our time on the beautiful water.

Our condo is spacious, with roughly 2500 square feet, and features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is large with 2 closets, and is located in a loft above the living room. The master bath features a huge jacuzzi tub with separate shower, and double vanity.

The main level features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a handy island. All dishes, pots and pans, tableware, etc. are provided. A large dining table seats 8. The large living room features a wall of glass for nice views of the lake. A wood burning fireplace is great for chilly evenings. Off the living room is a new composite deck with a gas grill. Dining for 6 on the deck. Many pleasant evenings grilling and watching the sunset over the mountains and lake have been enjoyed by our family and friends. There is a full bathroom on the main level, as well as a large coat closet.

On the lower level are 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath. One bedroom has 2 queens beds, while the other has a queen bed, and bunk beds for the kids. A full laundry is on the lower level as well. A patio is accessible from the lower level.

Holiday Island has an 18 hole and a 9 hole golf course, community pool, and rec center. A full service grocery store is available, as well as a few restaurants serving Holiday Island. 5 miles away is Eureka Springs, which is a unique town with excellent restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. Branson is a 45 minute drive when you are ready for the tourist crowds. Lots of fun things to do there, too. Silver Dollar City, White Water water park, shows, go carts, mini golf, and excellent golf courses.
