The rooms were neat and clean. The size of our room was perfect fit for our party of 5. The location was great for us to walk to multiple places. The bed for me was extremely firm. Definitely a great place to stay.

There's a trolly stop right there and you can buy a ticket at the desk. The room was really quiet even though the street is right outside. I recommend getting a first floor room. The stairs up to the second floor are pretty steep and a little scary if you're older or have any hip or knee problems. It's very nice and economical, good location, with 4 restaurants in walking distance.

The owners are great. They will go out of their way to make your visit there as nice as possible. I have stayed at the Trails Inn a number of times and will continue to stay there when I'm in that area.

It was older but well maintained. Location was near to many attractions and a short drive from downtown and other attractions. Staff always had a smile and provided useful tips. Breakfast was as advertised--grab and go. For a budget conscious traveler who was mostly interested in sleeping and showering in the room, this was perfect.
