Girls Trip

The Lily Pad upper and lower were amazing! Very clean, comfortable - everything you need for a long girls weekend! We had a great time sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The location was great - close to everything included the historic downtown. We already want to plan our next trip back and will stay at the Lily Pad! Thank you for a great stay!

Girls Trip

We stayed in this quaint little place to celebrate a friendโ€™s 60th birthday. Mother/daughter duo stayed up top and friend stayed down below. They are 2 completely separate and private spaces each with a bed and a bathroom. This place is in a great location close to downtown and very clean and updated. Self check in was a breeze. Nice sitting area outside with chairs for enjoying coffee, reading a book etc. Coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge are all nice amenities. There is a small portable cooktop with some cooking utensils but honestly this place is small and I wouldnโ€™t suggest doing any cooking here. The upstairs bed was actually a king, which was a nice surprise since the listing is for 2 queen beds, and one of the most comfortable beds Iโ€™ve ever slept on.The only negative thing I have to say is that it does not have central heat/air. Our stay was early fall so the temps were mild but the window a/c unit could not keep up, and there is no ceiling fan or tower fan to help with air circulation. There is a small fan/heater combo in the downstairs unit. Definitely bring a fan if you decide to stay here esp during the summer months. Temps inside the units will probably be โ€˜iffyโ€™ during hot summer months or cold winter months. Other than that this is a great stay and a great price point. Fix the ac issues and itโ€™s a 5 star. We really enjoyed our time in Eureka Springs. It was a great girls trip where we shopped a lot, ate a lot and walked a LOT! Perfect weekend getaway!

What a great little cottage. It was perfect for our long weekend stay. We had everything we needed and appreciated the thoughtful attention to details that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this cottage.

Quick little 4th of July get away for two sisters and husbands! Loved the two suites at the Lily Pad!! Clean, quaint and everything we needed!! Walk to the trolley station and close to down town.. perfect!

Family trip to Eureka Springs

We rented both units for five nights. Check in was easy and both units were very clean. Location was good. Easy walk to the main trolley station. My only negative is the ac units are not adequate for either unit. We had to buy a fan for each unit to sleep comfortably. The downstairs unit stays humid and the dehumidifier wasnโ€™t helping. Also I recommend that you provide an iron and ironing board. I know most people donโ€™t care about ironing anymore but I do and had to buy a travel iron and board.

Lovely space

This is a lovely clean space with an optimal location for everything. My brother and I stayed here. Great to have separate quarters and be so close. Highly recommend!

Quick family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The home was exactly as described. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs and it was perfect. Everyone had privacy but space to gather. When booking we had a couple of questions and received quick detailed responses from the hosts. Thank you so much!

Stay for a week with friends

Great location for a week with friends. The upstairs is easier to move around in, has a bar sink for washing dishes, deck views, 2 entrances, a softer bed, recliners. If you want a very firm bed, take the downstairs. It also has a fold down couch. The deck area there has the propane fire pit, charcoal grill (we grilled fantastic steaks!) and views of possible wildlife in the morning. Communication with the owners was very fast and thorough. We'd recommend.

The Perfect Little Cabin, Close to Everything

This was literally the perfect little spot for a long weekend. The separate apartments were perfect for me and my sister so we could have our own space - but also had plenty of room for us to hang out together. The firepit area was perfect and felt like you were much further into nature than you were. The location is also perfect, easy walk from downtown shops and on the main highway. Def recommend!

Better than the Pictures!

My friend took the upstairs unit and I took the below. It was PERFECT for our two night stay! The pictures do not capture how cute and quaint the cottages's and decks are We'll be back!
