This property was so uncomfortable I couldn't leave anything in my car in fear of it being broken into.there was drug addicts every where and was so load all night. I could not stay there any longer you can't walk to anything for food or entertainment and the staff was rude as all hell. Will probably never stay there again I left early cause of it all. Also I showed up at 430 and room was still not available

Property maintenance seemed to be lacking. Minor paint touch up could go a long way. Large hole punched/kick in bathroom door. Very stingy with towels too.

There were children running around infront of the property with no shoes on. When we came back from dinner, there seemed to be a family getting into an argument as we were coming back to our room. Thw whole experience was very uncomfortable

The room was in very poor condition. The front desk staff was very nice. Sounds like they are doing some remodeling but our room was not fit to stay in.

I get it that the hotel is pet friendly, but they have to take care of the cleaners I guess when we chugged into our room it literally had pets be on the corner of the room that we noticed in the morning because there was no such light in that corner of the room at night and also we had to change our bedding and everything because the staff was kind of annoyed that we complained that it wasn’t as clean as it would like it to be.

The room that was given to us was not clean. There was used towels on the bathroom floor. The website states there is roll out beds and there is none. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was given a dirty room took housekeeping there days to clean it. The toilet was the worst. But if you get a clean room the security is pretty good. Key gated.

I like the amenities in the room, plenty outlets, able to open window about a quarter of the way for fresh air, control over heat or air conditioning, fridge and freezer, microwave, lamp and tv with HDMI ports. Didn't like the machines eating my quarters trying to get a drink. And ate my dollars trying for m&M's.

I had no towels for two days, I was placed in a room underneath children with special needs, there is only one entrance and exit. The female staff was over the top rude and aggressive. They have their kids on site as if it’s some kind of preschool or romper room. Horrible place. Dirty and bad location on top of that. Staff unfriendliness would be my first and strongest reason for never coming back here again.

Do not stay here! Unsafe and this hotel falsely advertises its conditions. This is a hotel where the state shelters the homeless. You have mentally ill people staying there, watching your door at night. The staff members are no help! Plus- you dont get a refund! Pillows are yellow, lights dont work, and it is dirty. I put a $50 deposit down and I have to wait 2 weeks to even get a refund. We only stayed for less than an hour and had to pay for another hotel and an uber because it was so unsafe. I called Expedia and they gave me a $50 credit due to false advertisement on this place.
