「Great location, easy walk to Beal St and many of the attractions. The afternoon guest service people couldn’t help with any restaurant recommendations and the bar tender gave my wife wife a small pour of wine and everyone else who were on a tab big pours. Wouldn’t give me a glass for a beer. The room was fine. 」

There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. 「Hotel was nicely designed & very comfortable. Unhappy with rundown neighborhood where it’s located. Didn’t like that there was no breakfast included. That was something we really liked at the Chattanooga Indigo. Breakfast restaurant next door had pretty poor service - it was pretty chaotic. Food was good though - when we finally got it!」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
