「This property is a must!! Everything was beautiful and as seen online. My daughter and I were only 15 minutes from family in the area. The pool was so refreshing after a hot Florida day. 「This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. 「This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. 」

「The property was not that difficult to find, although it is off a rather bumpy dirt road. But there's a gate to the property, and you really do feel like you're in your own private oasis. 「Enjoyed hosting a large family weekend gathering a the house. The house was large and clean and the two separate living spaces worked out well. The kitchen in the main house was big and well-stocked. We loved the covered porch and comfy seating there. The pool itself is clean and large. There is only one ladder into the pool so it's not ADA or kid friendly. Overall, I recommend this for a large group getaway. 」
