「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「Casa com localização agradável, mas a precisar de alguma manutenção. Anunciados 8 quartos com 7 WC, mas só estavam disponíveis 6 quartos e 4 WC. Nos quartos os roupeiros estão cheios de coisas dos proprietários e na cozinha muita da louça nos armários estava mal lavada para poder ser usada.
