"Water was leaking from the AC unit. I sent photos and videos to the managers, and they sent a technician, but nothing was fixed. Last night, I stayed awake until 4:00 a.m. because of the constant sound of water dripping from the ceiling, and I had to wake up at 6:30 a.m. to go to the airport."

"The front desk person is almost never there. They close I think around 5-6pm their time. And it says there is 24/7 customer service and that’s not true. I tried to call the number that was on the front desk for help and a lady answered and it was like I woke her up. She was no help, asked me if she can go back to sleep and even hung up on me. To top all of that off me and my wife were told my may locals that we were located in the ghetto. Definitely felt as such. I would not recommend this hotel...
