“The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. “Gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed happy hour and our room was clean and comfy. We used the parking service at the hotel to leave our car there during our trip and we took the hotel shuttle to the airport, very convenient!
