"First room smelt of smoke but we were moved quickly when we asked for another room. Both rooms we saw had disabled adapted bathrooms. Not sure why we were given those facilities! "The welcome when I arrived at the Mercure was so lovely. The staff who checked me in, an earlier let me drop my bag were so friendly and accomodating which was so appreciated after I'd had at a different venue the previous night. The room was so comfortable and I had such a great night sleep."
