「Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. 」
「I originally stayed at this B&B about 20 years ago while walking the coastal path, & decided to return as the village was in an ideal place for our touring holiday. The steep driveway & smallish space made for tricky parking with a large car, but doable. Our room was clean & comfortable, if a little dated in style. The owners were welcoming & helpful.
Breakfast the next morning set us up for the day.
We had a meal in the pub near the beach, & took a stroll around the village.」
「Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable!
Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea.
Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities.
A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.」
