Our stay was very pleasant. Christi was an excellent host. We enjoyed the sandy beach and sunsets as well as a day in the Cape Charles area - Kiptopeke State Park and dinner at The Shanty.

great stay on the bay

lovely quiet neighborhood in rural area. Kristy and Rick offer amenities you may not have at other properties. fishing gear, paddle boards, sea kayaks beach chairs and umbrella. dont worry if you forgot something. Our hosts were very accommodating and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay

The pictures and descriptions are exactly what you get and more. Christi was an amazing host. She gives you your privacy and yet the second you start thinking hmm I wonder if or I wish I could/have/need she is right there to help and accommodate. It was the perfect quiet get away for my husband and I and even our dog. I know our dog would even give her and the property a 20 out of ten!!!!

Perfect weekend getaway

Relaxing on a private beach, kayaks, fishing, bonfires, s'mores, making new friends, the list could go on and on. The host was attentive and energetic. Every request was met with a speedy solution. Our puppy, Eva, had the time of her life. If you are looking for quiet spot to relax and have fun then look no further! This is the perfect spot with endless possibilities.

Gorgeous and relaxing

We loved every minute of our laid-back stay at this gorgeous property. Grilled, swam, kayaked and ran around with our dog, who had a great time too. We’ll return!

Really enjoyed the beach in the kayak. Golf carts for fun and the other guests were friendly. Have a nice dinner and Wachapreague on the water. Very comfortable setting, felt welcome, beautiful area and I would like to visit again.

Southern Hospitality at its Best!

Christi went above and beyond to make our one night stay comfortable, eventful and fun! We loved the night fishing (caught a shark!), Japanese lanterns, beach and kayaking. Christi truly made us feel like family.

Perfect place to unwind

We really had a great time over there! My kids played all day long at the beach , kayaking, swimming or even just sitting at the beach were great . My dog even had a wonderful time there swimming and running on the beach. Christine and Rick were very helpful to make a good time for us. We hope we can come back again!!

This was our second time booking with Christi at this property, and we love it. She's an amazing host that does so much to make the entire property safe, fun, and accessible. They property and views was beautiful. It is a wonderful place to relax and rest. The private beach was awesome. The host was very accommodating and wonderful. The billing was not right but the issue was resolve by the host. I would recommend this listing.

We found the property to be exactly as advertised. Christi & Rick were welcoming hosts and ensured that we had a nice time. They provided rods, tackle, bait, and ice for fishing from the shore. We had some luck- and enjoyed cooking our own fresh caught fish. Would highly recommend to adults looking for a relaxing time.

Amazing time

We had an amazing week. Our kids loved the golf carts, fishing on the beach, the ocean, and especially Christi and Rick. It is in a great neighborhood, and we cant wait to go back and visit! We can't say enough about our week there. We drove to see the horses on Asseteague, and the cement ships at Kipoteague. we had a great time and our kids can't wait to go back and see the ocean and Christi!

5 Stars are not enough to rate our stay with Christi and Rick.

From the time Christi met us in the driveway to welcome us, until we had to leave 4 days later, our vacation was wonderful. We could have not asked for a more beautiful location. This was our first trip to the bay and it was so much more than we expected. We started our mornings with coffee on the beach and ended it with fishing poles in hand. Thank you for the wonderful time!!
