The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. “Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended”

“Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean place the view was spectacular, didn't want to shut the curtains. The owner was helpful and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch.”
