「All staff was great from the front desk, housekeepers, to the breakfast attendant. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Easy parking. 」

When given a key to the second room to try, we walked in and the beds were not made. The room was not cleaned. When taken to our third room to try and we walked in. It smelled like marijuana. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay...

Shower had hair and refrigerator was not properly cleaned, heard commotion from room above during the middle of the night, but other than that definitely a bang for your buck. Room was clean. Tv remote wouldn’t allow channel change. I will be returning in the future. 」
