La Grange aux Buis is a stone farmhouse that has been renovated to a high standard and has kept many of its original features. It is situated on the top of a hill and has stunning views of rural France.

The house is very light and airy, boasting large rooms that are tastefully furnished. On entering the property there is an entrance with stairs leading to a gallery landing. On the ground
floor there is a large double bedroom with ensuite shower and seperate toilet. The lounge has the original fireplace and a woodburner. This room is an ideal place to come and relax.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. One has a shower ensuite and there is a family bathroom for the other. All bedrooms have televisions.
The 65 square metre kitchen lounge/diner has three french doors overlooking the private pool and terrace. The kitchen is very well equiped and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. There is a large central reservation with seating for 6. However, you can always sit at the table which seats up to 8.
Outside next to the pool there is a seating area with a table for eight. You can sit and eat here while looking over the beautiful french countryside.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and is the perfect place to come and relax. However in 45 mins you could be on the sandy beaches of Royan or you could be in heart of some of the most beautiful places in France, such as Bordeaux, St Emillion, Cognac and Angouleme.
There is a covered parking area for 2 cars.
