"We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside !The beds were comfortable and clean!The bathrooms were nice and clean as well.The family room was a nice gathering area and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking!"
"We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. We were not right on the boardwalk, but the deck had a nice ocean view. We were out with teenagers who preferred to take a quick Uber up to Newport while we loved the atmosphere in Balboa. There was a lot to do, great food, and amazing people. The management of this property was top notch and so communicative. They were responsive and kind. We will be back! "
