“I asked for toothpaste nobody came from helpdesk”

“The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C. If it freezes, turn it to fan only for a few hours and it will start working again. There is a basketball court/soccer field outside of the……

“I had a great stay at Onyx City Center Tbilisi. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was also beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the girl at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a great impression……

“It was better if there was a trash can in the room. Also, there is no elevator so carrying suitcases was a struggle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming.”

“Pire hôtel de toute ma vie! Pas de tv, pas d'eau chaude tout le séjour, pas de lumière le soir dans le couloir et escaliers, ascenseur en panne le premier jour. Salle du petit déjeuner fermée les 3 jours , room service à 8h30 sans prévenir avec petit déjeuner imposé sans boissons et personne pour venir débarasser j'ai dû appeler 2 heures plus tard sinon ça restait toute la journée tel quel. Pas de ménage ni de changements serviettes pendant les trois jours. La salle de sport était fermée pendant……

Temizlik berbat. 7gün konaklamaya bir adet havlu konulmuş, yenisini isteyince marketten alın denildi.. sadece bu kadar da değil ama gerisini siz düşünün işte. Daha fazla para verip başka bi yerde kalın demiyorum daha düşük para verin yine de başka bi yerde kalın. ”
