“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. “While the host was very quick to reply to my messages, and provide detailed information, the apartment was not as clean as we expected. It seemed as if no one had stayed there for awhile. Also, the comforters didn't looked clean. While this was only a 2 night stay for college visits, we expected more from the pictures and reviews, which emphasized how clean it is. And since there is a no shoe policy, one would expect more.”

“Came up to visit our daughter who lives a couple of blocks from this location. It was perfect. The apartment exceeded all our expectations and needs. Comfortable, clean, great amenities and dedicated parking made this a great visit to Pittsburgh. Arthur, our host, was very helpful in the entire process and provided all necessary information.
