“The house was really well stocked, great kitchen equipment, a glass for every drink you could imagine, great beach/pool toys and plenty of outdoor furniture, wonderful BBQ. Yvonne answered our endless questions so promptly we felt totally supported. This is a great house for a group, very spacious inside and out. Very thoughtfully equipped for families away from home. Loved having direct beach access and views to die for. Really we could not improve anything about it and would love to return! ”

“We have rented this house at least 4 times over the years because it’s the best location on an absolutely beautiful and very private beach. The house has gotten older over the years, but it’s always clean, beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. Sea Garden is a special place for a great vacation. ”

The bed was brand new and really put me down after exploring everywhere on our paddleboard from the shoreline down the hill from the rental. “We had a fantastic stay at The Addison. Ed was extremely communicative from the minute we booked! His suggestions were so helpful and dictated much of our stay. We felt right at home, and it felt like we were Ed's personal friends, and he was excited to have us enjoy his slice of paradise. The design of the house is perfect. There is active construction going on next door, which didn’t bother us but be aware they start before sunrise and it’s noisy.
