“Do not go to this place. The lady didn’t honor the Expedia rate and charged me a higher rate. Expedia says there is free breakfast but she doesn’t offer breakfast. In the middle of the night there was a drunken homeless guy banging on my door and yelling obscenities. Avoid this place.”

“Nice place to stay near Ft. Biss! Safe, quiet, with helpful staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable.”

“We lucked out and got a room downstairs,which helped when carrying our work equipment out and in. The restaurant selection within walking distance was great!! All we can say is add Ramen Noodles to the selection in the lobby!! We would of killed it for late night snack”

“Told room was handicap accessible and it was not even though we had paid for a handicap room. In addition, water was not draining in shower. Diana was rude and unhelpful. The 2 trash cans in the room did not have bags for the trash, room didn’t look prepared.”

“Overall amazing hotel to stay, especially for several days as the rooms have a full kitchen with everything you might need. My only complaint was breakfast closing at 9:00am during the weekdays. Room was great, clean, and more or less up to date. There may have been a few areas which could be touched up. Pool and gym were nice additions. And nearly zero noise even next to the highway. Arthur helped us anytime we needed assistance. Recommended for sure!”

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“Booked handicap room by mistake - but clean and roomy. Did not know tub only, and we prefer shower, so will pay more attention next time. Breakfast excellent.”

“Run by very nice people. The property was quiet and perfectly located. I extended for another night because our room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I visit El Paso.”
