“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“Staff was very helpful. Antero at the front desk made sure we got the ADA room #107 we needed. There was also another young man who worked the front desk that was very helpful. Alicia in the breakfas room kept everything well stocked even 15 minutes before she had to close the kitchen. The cleaning ladies did a very good job at keeping our room clean. Last but not least is a young hsndyman(?) who wasted no time in getting the batteries for the two ADA lifts at the pool. Our room was great……

At the entrance of the lobby, there was icy cold water and flavored water with fruits, allowing me to cool down in the hot weather. Additionally, I appreciate hotels that offer boiled eggs or eggs with butter. I think this is really great value for money."”
