“Staff/service was amazing. shower was also fantastic and the room was overall comfortable. Parking was okay, they gave a 24 hour day pass which was very generous, but the lot was filled up at the end of the day”

“Wat een fantastische plek is Relais Val d’Orcia! Het huisje waarin we verbleven stond als enige op een heuvel, bereikbaar via een afgesloten hek. Dat gaf meteen een gevoel van rust en veiligheid, zonder dat het afgezonderd of afgesloten aanvoelde – je bent immers midden in het prachtige Val d’Orcia. Zodra je het terrein oprijdt, voelt het alsof je een klein paradijs betreedt. Het uitzicht rondom is werkelijk adembenemend – je kijkt je ogen uit. Overal heerst een serene sfeer: er is ultieme……

“A dona da pousada e sua filha foram maravilhosas. Nós tivemos um imprevisto no trânsito e chegamos fora do horário mas elas entenderam a situação e nos acolheram como se fôssemos de sua família. A pousada é muito lindinha. Quarto cheiroso, limpo. Cama confortável e roupa de cama e banho bem macias. Chuveiro bem quente, delicioso. Estacionamento seguro! Lugar silencioso é ótimo! Café da manhã típico da Itália com muitas opções de bolachas, croissants, geleias e café! ”

“Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. ”

“酒店时民宿环境非常好，老板是典型意大利人和女儿一起经营，非常热情！老板是可以去火车站接人的，没有车的话记得要打电话，不然上坡路真的很累。游泳池这个时节已经非常冷了，不过我和太太都尝试了，很爽！房间在2楼，无敌的景观。。。。。。就是卫生间的洗澡间比较小，很干净，也很安静。从这里走后山的路20分钟就可以进古城了，建议没有车的话去火车站坐缆车后再从城里走后山下来。早饭也非常丰盛！”

The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! ”
