I was very much looking forward to my one night stay at Bob W. However I was allocated a room in an out building which was essentially a converted garage opening onto a busy public footpath. This meant that I felt very unsafe and exposed. Due to it's location there was no window or ventilation in the room which due a heatwave when there is also no air conditioning meant the room was uninhabitable. I immediately requested a change of room. However as there are no staff at the property this was extremely difficult and time-consuming. Thankfully I was able to change my room however the new room did not have keyless access which meant further delay and frustration try to arrange access to a physical key to enter the room.. Overall a very poor experience.

After staying in well over 100+ hotels around the world, this one was by far my favorite as they took the time to make every detail unique and special. Most hotels are throw away memories meant to help you recharge for your trip and this one felt like part of the trip for the first time. I arrived at 11am from overseas and was immediately taken to a private bathroom downstairs to shower and freshen up while my bags were secured in a locker. This set the mood off in the best possible way and even the staff were quick to provide best local options for transportation that they personally use. I'm very grateful to have found such a nice place!
