A short 5-minute walk to Fellows Lake Marina & AMAZING Lakeside Biking/Hiking Trails, 20 minute drive to downtown Springfield or 45 minutes to Branson. Cook up a feast in the chef's kitchen or outdoor grill... shoot billiards in the upstairs library... spoil yourselves in the INDOOR HEATED POOL... take turns on the professional massage table or in the infrared sauna… watch Netflix upstairs in the double soaker tub... relax in adirondak chairs circled around the campfire pit -- This estate is perfect for group gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, or a romantic get-away for two!
NOTE: Owners Shannon & Charlie live in a backyard barndominium where they can be as available as needed but completely invisible otherwise. The entry gate/driveway is the only “shared” space, so you will have the entire house and pool to yourselves! Feel free to make special requests — YOUR enjoyment and comfort is our #1 priority!

Amazing experience!

We had 2 families of 4.There was plenty of space for all.The house,especially the kitchen,was very well equipped.The pool was the highlight for the kids and the sauna was the perfect amenity for the adults.The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous property!

The property is wonderful- especially for a family. We had 5 adults & three kids. Plenty of room for family time & alone space. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool! Property was clean & well stocked for our meal prep. It’s not too far out of Springfield but far enough got get away from the hubbub. The host was wonderful!

Amazing!

We rented this property for our family. We all were part of a wedding! It was perfect and a greatbplace to be able to hang out with the family for a long weekend. The kids loved the pool. The owners are great andbwas so amazing!

Beautiful large home with pool

Beautiful large home perfect for a family gathering. Older home but beautiful and quiet area. Would stay again. Nice large pool was lukewarm (apparently 84 degrees) and lots of areas to hang out in. It was a bit cold outside or we would have used the fire pit. Not many stores close by but there is a medicine cabinet in the home which was nice. Plenty of towels and paper goods. Great location. Would rent again.

We gathered for a family wedding at a nearby farm, slept 21 people, hosted a rehearsal dinner for 35, and every person was absolutely delighted with this property! Shannon was incredible to work with - communicated quickly and graciously...just so very helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

A cozy retreat

As someone who travels frequently, I have never been more impressed. The hosts are warm and kind. Shannon is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The home has everything one could need in it! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was one of the best decisions we made!

Phenomenal place to stay! Recommend highly for anyone wanting the perfect getaway. Great communication with owner, who gave us a tour in person, and quickly replied to our messages. Amazing for families! Wearing the kids out in the pool before bed is a must! Fantastic amenities for all ages. We will be staying here again soon.

Great experience!

Our family reunion was held in this beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold it. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to find a quieter place if being in the crowd was too much. The hosts are easily available if needed but things were set up so well that we didn’t need much! It is a week my entire family will remember fondly! We are thankful for such a great place to stay!

There were 17 of us bride and groom family for our kids wedding. This property is beautiful!!! Lots of room for everyone to relax. Loved the pool!! Enjoyed the back deck!! Guys loved the pool table!! Highly recommend for a large group!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect for the Occasion

We had a large group celebrating college graduation which included people from ages 6-82 and this property was absolutely perfect for it. I wish we would have looked more into the what the nearby park and lake had to offer.
