Spacious House with Great Location

This spacious home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Park your car in the garage, and enjoy being a five-minute walk from Pioneer Park, a seven-minute drive to downtown, and just ten minutes from the airport. Watch the Northern Lights from the front door when activity is present. In summer, take a pleasant walk along the Chena River to downtown.

This is an excellent home for a winter stay. It has a heated garage, convenient location, and the property manager, Juan, is excellent. There it one potential negative though. The name for the property implies that you will see the northern lights from the property. It is in a neighborhood with street lights and across from a medical facility with lights. Those are not ideal conditions for the aurora.

The host was very responsive. The washer and dryer were very helpful even though the dryer didn't work until I pulled it away from the wall. The heated garage was appreciated. The garage door was finicky. We had to reset it to get it to close. Overall it was a great trip. Any issues were minor

The home was immaculately clean and just as described. It is close to the airport and close to everything in the city. We rented a car for our stay and the heated garage was super nice as temperatures outside were in the teens. Kitchen was wellappointed (we didn’t cook anything) and the rooms were all clean and comfortable. TVs are connected to roku and a firestick which made it easy for us to stream some shows we wanted to watch. I would definitely rebook this home. Juan, our host, was excellent as well and very responsive.

House was great - centrally located so easy to get around, clean, warm, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. We stayed a week with weather so appreciated the heated garage for sure! Owner responded to questions quickly. I’d re-book here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome place staying in Fairbanks

The location is very convenient, closed to airport and downtown. Amenities are as it lists. Host provides everything. Cleanliness is excellent. Communication with host is quick, easy and very fast responding. We’re really have a great time staying here. I definitely recommend this place to friends and others who coming to Fairbanks.

Fantastic house!

The house was the perfect size. I wish there were a few more bowls for breakfast. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. Plenty of space. We contacted the host for one issue and he had it resolved completely very quickly. We will definitely look to stay here again when we next come back!

Thanksgiving getaway

My wife, my son, and I went to Fairbanks to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter who is attending UAF and couldn’t get back home for the holiday. We spent a week and had a blast. We went to Chena hot springs one night, the antique auto museum which had so many cars I’ve never seen before as well as period piece clothing for almost every car era. We went to craft fairs, movies, stopped by Santa’s house, and ice skating. It was so nice to come back at night and spend time in the large living room playing games or watching movies. We might just make this a tradition for the next few Thanksgiving breaks that my daughter will be in Fairbanks.
