I wasn’t even able to check in. They cancelled my reservation and I was even notified. I came in from Savannah at 12 midnight and had no where to stay. They never even called to say why my reservation was cancelled.

Overall stay was okay. The bulb in hall light needed replacing. It blinked fast and constant. I could not use it unless I wanted to have a seizure. The body wash bottle was empty and the iron cord was not wrapped up. Nothing so serious that I wanted to leave but things could have been better. The breakfast was good except the potatoes. They were not done.

The hotel staff were excellent, very polite and proficient. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the fitted sheets were not the correct size (too small). The breakfast and coffee was good.

Went to Fairburn for the Ren Fair, and this was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in my past three years of going. The staff was friendly and great to be around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning is the best I’ve ever gotten out of a hotel before, and some of the food they offer changes day to day. Overall, amazing experience, and I’ll definitely be staying again next year :)

I stayed at this Hampton Inn a year ago and it didn’t seem this run down. Unfortunately I have one more weekend booked that I can’t cancel. I definitely would if I could. I stayed in Room 104. All the furniture is falling apart. The fixtures in the bathroom are rusted and falling out of the wall. The room felt damp so I guess there’s a humidity problem. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. I have 5 more weekends of work in the area. I will try every other hotel in town. The staff was friendly. I was always greeted by front desk staff. The lady running breakfast was on top of things.

I wish they would reinvest some money to make the property a little better. Some outlets were worn out, bathroom vent didnt work, pool was not cleaned. However the staff was great, Beverly at the front desk was amazing to interact with and breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff was friendly and basically wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The issues we encountered appear to be teething pains for a new hotel building. The 2nd floor ice and vending area was shut down, the hot water for the shower was either too hot and couldn't be turned down or too cold and couldn't be turned up. The front desk attendant took notes for maintenance to address. We also had a spare smoke detector in our room that a previous guest appears to have stuffed under the cushion of the chaise chair in the room. It beeped once per minute, distressing our dogs and keeping us awake. Once located, I handed it over to the front desk for reuse. All in all though, we were extremely pleased with our stay. We would choose to stay here again.

Great spot, would stay here again!

Friendly staff, very convenient location, nice rooms with ample clean linen and high quality toiletries. Didn’t get a chance to swim but the pool looked lovely and clean! Unbeatable spot to stay in if you’re in town for the Renn Faire!
