「The room was EXTREMELY dirty. I had roaches in my room for my 7 day stay. The floors, table, and cabinets are all sticky. The place seems as it has not been cleaned in months. 」

「When I arrived I was told that they had no incoming reservations. I opened Expedia and showed my confirmation number and then was told only reservation was for me but they didn’t have a room for me. Almost went the whole Seinfeld episode on taking reservations and holding them. Lol But was a good thing because place was very sketchy. Cars in lot were almost all junkers. 「My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from UAB. Close to UAB which was our objective . Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !」
