「Our overall experience was nice and relaxing place to be. However, during the cold months. The second floor was warm enough to sleep, but the first floor was very cold, especially when it gets down to 19 at night when there’s no heat because all the heat travels to the second floor/loft. There was a space heater, but didn’t realize it until after we left. The host was easy to get a hold of through messages. 「This beautiful home was built by the owners and is tastefully decorated as well as nicely maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient for day trips to surrounding towns such as Frederick, Harper's Ferry and Gettysburg. The home is comfortable and can easily accommodate a large group. The hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook if we were to return to the area.」
