The staff was very pleasant and the Inn was clean and smelled good and fresh.

Hyatt Regency Greenwich
The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating.
